Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Bibs & Overalls, Headwear, Gloves & Scarves, and any items marked as final sale in our Promotions section unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 hours, our Melbourne-based team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include:
- The completed return form (included in your original shipment)
- Original proof of purchase
- All original packaging and accessories

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Refunds exclude any customs duties or taxes paid on the original shipment
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement
